Peter McGovern MB Bch BAO MRCPsych, Peter McGovern is a consultant psychiatrist at Modum Bad´s Traumepoliklinkken in Oslo, Norway. He has a special interest in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and is a final year candidate at Oslo´s Institute for Psychotherapy (IPSY) . Peter is a contributory writer and advisor in the development of the World Health Organisation Quality Rights guidance and training tools. He continues to work with WHO as a Quality Rights consultant and trainer around the world in addition to his clinical work.
