Adriana Dell’Arte

Adriana Dell’Arte studied philosophy at the University of Catania and the Karls Ruprecht University of Heidelberg. Then she specialised and worked in performative and social theater field. In adulthood she completed her studies in psychology and in conflict mediation. She is a mindfulness and MBSR instructor. In 2024, she started her specialization in relational psychoanalysis and published her first book with Alpes Italia, titled “Né con te, né contro di te – amare oltre il dolore autoimmune”. She is based in Milano, where she practices her profession.
