Elena Massardi. I work as a child psychotherapist since the early 1990s and as an organizational consultant since 2019. I am a trainer at the four-year school of specialization in psychoanalytic psychotherapy of the CFR in Trieste. (Italy). I trained as psychotherapist at PSIBA (Milano) and at The Anna Freud Centre (London), and as an organizational consultant at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic (London).
